For Parts Linksys SE3008V2 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch adapter cord, turns on

Not sure what happened to this little switch, it turns on and the lights even blink, but network traffic does not seem to get processed through it. As a result, I am selling this for parts, including the power adapter cord. No box or instruction manual.
